Shipping your order

If your item is not in stock, it will be specifically made for you, or if it is a custom order you will be notified of timeframes.

Once you have submitted your order online, you are placing a legally binding order. After payment is cleared you will be sent a confirmation email. This will have your unique order number.

Please keep this for your records. You will then receive another email notifying you of your tracking number once your order has been dispatched (if applicable). If for some reason we have any issues with your order or do not have the item in stock, we will contact you with a solution and/or expected time of shipment.

Your order will be packed and couriered when ready. If you live locally, you can also opt to use our free click & collect service. Please contact us for click and collect.

Generally, if the item is in stock, we can have your order ready to go within one working day of receiving it. However, sometimes things can happen, and it might take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to keep everyone up to date if we are experiencing major delays getting orders ready.

Once your order is ready it will be collected by NZ Couriers and you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can follow the status of your delivery. Please have this email handy if you need to contact their customer service team to follow up on your parcel.

If your order has been shipped and you need to change the delivery address, you will need to contact NZ Couriers directly, we are not able to assist with this once your order has been dispatched.

By default, orders are sent without the need for a signature. However, if you wish to sign for your parcel, please select this option at checkout (note: this option may not always be available). Please be aware though that this can cause delivery delays if you are not available when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel. Rural deliveries are always delivered without the need for a signature, even if you select this option at checkout.

New Zealand Shipping

Hats are large and need substantial packaging. There is very little weight to a hat, but the cost is in the box dimensions.

 We use NZCouriers overnight Courier

Allow an additional 2-3 days for Rural deliveries.

We cannot ship to post office boxes.

There are two box sizes: Fedora and Oversize

Oversize brims measuring more that 8cm and crowns higher than 19cm. Please note that larger head sizes 60cm plus will also require an oversize box.

 

Occasionally NZ Couriers may experience service disruptions due to demand surges, weather events, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. You can view the status of their delivery network here.

Click and Collect

If you live locally, you are welcome to collect. Please contact us so we can arrange a time. Also, I am happy to have people pick up at markets. Please check my whereabouts on my market date page.

Shipping overseas

At present, we can only ship to New Zealand addresses. Please contact us to discuss international postage.

Adding to or changing your order

As long as your order has not been packed or shipped, we are happy to help you with any additions or changes you wish to make. Simply contact us for further assistance.

Delays, Damages, Discrepancies or Disputes
